1. Processing Times

All orders are processed and shipped within 7 days of purchase, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Backordered products may take longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
   
• Delivery times vary by carrier and destination, but most domestic orders arrive within 3–10 business days after shipment.
   
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
   

3. Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We’ll notify you promptly if there are any unexpected delays with your order.

4. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a replacement when appropriate.
