1. Returns

• You have 10 business days (not to include weekends or holidays) from the date you receive your order to request a return.
   
• To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
   
• Certain products (such as  personalized items, or clearance goods) may be non-returnable. These exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.
   

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@theteejunkies.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.

3. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to notify you that we’ve received your item and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
   
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
   
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for paying return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
   

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or replacement, please contact us at info@theteejunkies.com
We’ll help you arrange the exchange quickly.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 Business Days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to replace the item or issue a full refund.
